What are the fees I need to pay?

Blue Square is doing two different types of contract:

– the ‘rental contract for temporary use’ that can be from 6 to 11 months and your fee will be the equivalent of half a month commission + IVA

– the ‘permanent rental contract’ which is a renewable contract that is renewed every year up until 5 or 7 years depending if the property is under a company name. This contract can be shortened from any of the parties by giving notice in advance. For this contract, the fee will be the equivalent of one-month rent + IVA
