What is the process to follow in order to rent my property?

When you place your property for rent, you will be provided with a dedicated agent who specializes within that area. They will be in charge of everything, from marketing the property to finding you a suitable tenant for your property.

There are multiple steps to follow, the first step will be for us to list your property. This includes providing all the necessary information, taking pictures of the property and performing a valuation to establish a price within market value.

Once everything above has been done, your agent will promote your property worldwide through the numerous international portals that blue square partners with.

Finally, Blue Square and your agent will conduct the viewings of the property, we will prepare all the checks on the tenant, perform reference checks and present to you a portfolio about the potential future tenant.

Once the profile has been accepted and the deposit has been approved, the agent will write on your behalf a rental contract, establish the inventory if needed and proceed to the check-in of the tenant.
