What are the fees to rent a property?
The deposit when you rent a property in Andalucia is usually the equivalent of 2 months’ rent. Then you will have to pay the first month upfront and the equivalent of one month + IVA as a commission. For the ‘contract for temporary use’ between 6 and 11 months, the commission will be the equivalent of half a month + IVA.
