What is the procedure?

The agent will then procedure to run a search to find any properties that match your criteria and will organize for you a larger variety of viewings. Once you have found the perfect home for you, your agent will need you to provide information ad references to form a profile that they can present it to the Landlord. Once your application has been accepted and a deposit has been paid, your agent will establish the contract, write the inventory, which will be completed with pictures and will assist you every step of the way until you have the keys in hand to your property.
