What is included in the property rental price?

The price of the monthly rent should include the tax called ‘IBI’, garbage tax and community fees. These have to be paid by the owner of the property. The tenant must pay for water, electricity and internet or any other services. Sometimes owners include the water, or maintenance of the garden and pool for villas. The agent will help you determine what is included in the price. Once all is clear in the contract, you won’t have any other extra taxes to pay.
